Background/History: Here!
Personality: This is the most important section! There is no specific word count, but anything less than three paragraphs likely isn't detailed enough.
Abilities/Powers:
Miranda is an Exorcist, which in D. Gray-Man is a person who has formed a bond with a great power called Innocence. Innocence will manifest itself in many forms, from a sword to an arm, but in Miranda's case, hers takes the form of a disk-shaped object called the Time Record. The Time Record allows Miranda to control the flow of time in a small area, and in two primary ways:
Time Recovery; The first of the ways Miranda can control the flow of time is Time Recovery, which will allow her to effectively shift an area's "time" backward, which will cause it to revert to its previous state. The best example of this is Miranda uses this power on an extremely damaged ship to restore it to being as good as new! Also, as a ability less than a power, Miranda has impressive stamina, partially from determination and partially from being a freak... For example, she's able to stay awake for several days without much problem.
However, this power is also temporary and limited. This effect will only last as long as Miranda keeps her Time Record invoked (AKA active), and will only effect the area that she has activated it for, which is noted by a large clockface over the area. During this time, anyone in this range will find their wounds healed, even if it were fatal. The major weak point of Time Recovery, though, is that when she deactivated her Innocence (which she will inevitably have to), all of the damage, previous and sustained, will effect the area. That is, the ship was completely destroyed, and those that suffered fatal wounds during this time were killed.
As a small note, it's also worth noting that Miranda has a physical connection to the space, where attacking the large clock will cause her pain, and she's able to tell when people are pulled outside of the reach of Time Recovery. Miranda is able to use this power for up to several days, though her strain will increase as it drags on and she won't be able to sleep.
Time Out; A more powerful use of her time manipulation, Time Out will create a space where time is effectively stopped. Without getting into what that would actually mean, in the context of the series, it just means the creation of an impenetrable shield. This can also be used in conjunction with the Time Recovery, which will create a safe space for Miranda to hide (since she's not much of a fighter) and any civilians.
That said, her ability to maintain Time Out is much more limited to maybe an hour at the most. She would be able to maintain this comfortably for about ten minutes, but after that, she would start to have difficulty.
Items/Weapons: A very Victorian dress, her Time Record and a blue hair ribbon.
