NAME & AGE: Lucifer Morningstar — Old as balls. Or for a more serious answer, Lucifer helped to make the known universe in his canon, so he's essentially as old as existence itself. The Sandman never gives a concrete number, but based on a conversation with another character in the series, he's well over 250,000.

COURT ALLIANCE & REASONING:
By his reputation alone, it's no surprise that Lucifer would be set for the Unseelie Court, but the code of this court is also the code that Lucifer tends to live by. The theme of his Fall is rebellion, but it wasn't an impulsive or rash decision. Lucifer sought change, and he still continues to seek it in the form of escaping the predestination and omnipotence laid out by his "father." He seeks freedom in its truest form, but his methods for seeking it out fall in line with the ideals of this court as well. Lucifer will do anything it takes to achieve his own goals, and has little care for the people he tramples in doing so.

ABILITIES:
Lucifer's abilities tend to fall in line with Phenomenal Cosmic Power, because, well, it's Lucifer. All of his abilities are listed below, but since quite a few of them are game-breaking and the rest are pretty extreme, I've also included my suggestions for power-capping below!

Which is a lot, to say the least! His abilities to travel between dimensions and the like will of course be nixed completely as per the power cap rules, but my suggestion for his power cap goes quite a bit further than that. In one of the small arcs at the beginning of the series, Lucifer visits a realm presided over by the Shinto pantheon which was subject to different rules, and essentially made Lucifer mortal, able to be hurt and even killed. This is more or less what I'd like to do for him in the game! Since he's quite skilled without Phenomenal Cosmic Powers, I thought this would be a fair solution, since it also gives him a motivation to be proactive in the game. However, I would like for him to keep his wings and his usage of simple magic, though that can definitely be capped too since the canon defines magic a lot more vaguely.

For simplicity's sake, I've add an underline to the abilities above that I would either like him to keep or are more under the umbrella of functional knowledge that would be difficult to take away. In summary, his power cap would remove everything but his wings, his usage of simple magic as defined above, ##THE REST###
